G'day David,
Is this the one from Wodonga that was converted to a towalong caravan back in the '60s. Looks like a Kombi from the back (sort of). From the "C"
pillar back is all aluminium. These are interesting vehicles from the same period as Splitties.
Cheers, Ian.

G'day David,
The old bloke who had it back in '91 when I first saw it also had a yellow and white Splitty that he used to tow the Borgward with. I went back a
few years ago to see if they were still there but they were gone. Very interesting trailer hitch setup on the Borgward that turned the front wheels
to follow.
Cheers, Ian.

very interesting
the hitch is connected to the steering so when you turn it steers as well very cool it is ugly as sin they even chopped out the dash as well, it
would be a challenge to bring back to original but you would hav ethe rarest van in aussie i would say
