What is this motor?
I picked up a VW motor today with the numbers 021.119.225A on the couling. I've got no idea what type of moter it is. I suspect it's a type 4. But
some of you guys would probably be able to let me know.

By the numbers no idea i have never seen a number like that before, get a pick and i should be able to tell you what it is
You only need two tools
Wd40 if it don't move and it should
Duct tape if it move's and it shouldn't

It's possible your engine is police stamped and therefore not vw related. i.e. at some point some one got a blank case. Post a pic and someone could
tell you for sure.
