ok well you need a 17mm (or was it 14mm?) allen key or allen key socket drive. Its the same size as the oil plugs in the gear box. you can get these
like a socket for your ratchet drives. about 15 dollars at a proper tool place, not your super cheap or simialr.
unbolt this and take the bolt/pin completely out, then the arm will jsut fall out.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!
