should be able to buy one for less than that
I have sold several 74 km 160km/hr for like $50-60
Guess it depends if the one you have has a REALL nice clean face or if it is just another speedo

I have fiddled with beetle speedo's lately and haven't found them real easy to get into, so I'd be looking at either sending it away or getting
another.
On the subject of the waving needle, it may not be the speedo. I thought mine was that, replaced the speedo and it still does it....I know now that I
need a new cable.
Suss the cable out on yours, it may fix the hassle and give you a functioning speedo.

no it was the speedo. had 2 more speedos in since then. bought a kph one at swap meet for $20 only to find its meshing cog was missing. my original
one is cracked. so ive got mph in there now
its no probs getting into a speedo. all i need really is the meshing cog for the odo, and some form of calibration
