I've rung Jim, and sent him an email. Waiting for a reply.

When it comes to Kombi utes my guess for "all the usual spots" is:
gates, chassis rail and sheet behind front wheels, front of the tray where it joins the cab, sills, accelerator pedal mount, under the fuel tank, bottom of doors, rear top corners of cab, bottom corners of the windscreen under the seal, top of front A pillars, cab steps.

To help with the rust issue, I believe their is no rust around the windsrceen or in top or corners of the cab. None in the rear cab door. let me know where else to look. Yes their is rust in the sills, front doors, stepps gates, under fuel tank, under accelerator pedal.
