A D-type jag sold in the UK (late 80's) for over 1,000,000 quid.. Those days are well gone.. This stuff looks overpriced to buggery.. But hey, if
someone wants what he's got.. Then price is only relative.. I bought a 3.8L Mk2 jag in the late 80's for twice what I would pay for the same car
now..

how about the V8 ute. somehow that sticker would still look out of place on the 928.
are "reproduction" cars kit cars? if so, is that what their value is?
the 356 with the 911 donk seems the best buy, if it's RHD.

Have a look at some of those cars that are buggered and require rull restoration. They are big dollar cars!
How do they get to that condition. If looked after they would still be in excellent condition.
Who can afford to buy a car of that status and let is deteriate to such an appauling condition.
Bloody sickens me to think some people dont understand the value of money or appreciate it for that matter!

someone must buy for him to be in business. I am a little confused and no one wants a 54 oval project going cheap ;-)

Gee they don't miss you with those prices.
I kick myself now for the shabby 356 for $5000 that I passed up in the 80's when buying my first car. Instead I bought my Dolomite for $4000.
Sheesh.
