It's a part of the current build. It's supposed to be an activity stats thingy. I don't like it, so I hope to make it optional.

Apparently,
the first one is how active you are in general.
The second one is how active you are compared to how long you've been a member
the third one is how close you are to achieving the next level of star / member level
