I reckon that windsurfer bit off more than he could chew and actually came from Redcliffe and was ringing for some one to pick him up. There was that
much wind swell in the passage it was almost worth getting the board out and surfing the groin!

reminds of the time fishing behind st helena
island up their& westerly picked up massive,
boats heading back in yep time to go.
battleing towards manly punching over 3ft waves going east scary shit hit 1 wave straight up & straight back down vertical to the water motor & about
a mtre of the boat
submerged popped back up fell forward stuff
floating away petrol tank 2ft behind boat still connected start motor real quick steering bailing out water up above my ankles tank still in water but
still working.
made it but never went back out if a strong westerly was forecast, worst thing was no good catch to show for it.
got some good fishing stories like first time i
bought boat put it in pine river park car run down to boat bugger forgot to put bung plugs in halve boat under water

Weren't me Southern van, I had the doggo shift saturday and again tonight. Feild and I came past your place today about lunch time while looking for
places for the run to the sun at the end of the month. Are you going to come over for that? If it's like the Byron weekend it'll be a blast.nn[Edited on 10-7-2005 by 77bay ]
