Fan Shroud
After reading this site for some time i have noticed that the majority of people are using a modified 36hp fan shroud on their powerplant was
wondering why this is so, is it just looks or is there something more technical.
Thank's for any help
Derek

I guess every individual is different - my reasons for an aftermarket 36hp style (Doghouse cooling) shroud was aesthetic and functional. I prefer the
round shape - looks nicer in my opinion, but also with my type IV conversion and normal shape late doghouse shroud would interfere with the dual
carbs.

I run a moded 1600tp shroud. but a 36hp shroud would alolow a little more room.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!
Go hard or go home!!!!
