Oval window door hinge can anyone help?

I have a '54 oval window beetle, and the top drivers side door hinge is buggered and needs replacing but it seems to be welded to the inside of the door skin, i was wondering if there was a panel beater in melbourne who could rip a hinge of another door match the color of the hinge and weld it for me. u2u me if you can help. Thanks Jordan
