I love the look Reub! What are the mirrors off?? I was looking at motor bike mirrors for mine. The rear lights also cool!

How is it running???The new fuel rails do the job??

Hands up who can break traction whenever they desire in second gear(put your hand up reub).

Cannot wait to see actually see the machine.

Cheers Matt.

The mirrors came from Canada. I agonised for months and months trying to find some to suit the chopped car and also match the oval rear window. Still trying to find a rear view mirror to suit for inside the car. I too looked at motorcycle mirrors but ended up with the ones on the car ..... not sure if I should keep it a secret where I got them from :P There have been some cool carbon fiber mirrors on ebay that would look sweet too.

The car isn't running at the moment. We ran out of time to get it tuned right and I've got the whole front end apart and am building a new one for it. The ecu is actually a limiting factor but $$$'s stop me from splerging on a new ecu. The engine also has to come back out to resolve a clutch problem.

All in time dude..... How's that awesome 914 of yours going?

The 914 is partly sprayed...I decided to pump the rear gaurds half way through the paint. Black with a shot of silver. I am still tidying up a few things on the bug, so the 914 is on dolly wheels so I can just push it around. The bug should be done this week then I can finish the paint and start reassembling the porsche. All I need is a rubber kit and a set of mags....that will be fun.

Hi reub-revhead,

well done man!! One question left if I look at your great car, how is your radiator getting cooling air???

The radiator is up front, if I remember it right !
No scoop, no opening ??

Do you have a picture of the radiator set up under the front??
