speedo converter

Could some person direct me to the tyre converter that shows the accuracy of the speedo. I did have it from this forum some 2 yrs ago but due to a computer crash of the hard drive it has been lost.
the converter is needed for wide tyres to be put on the 1967 beetle restoration project
