Engineers and NSW RTA

Whats the story with a NSW RTA blue slip? ... Do I have to have engineers for all the mods?

...dropped sills, dropped bumper...Bolt in Indian IRS, Lbug box, 1600 twin port, Adjustable beam, Spring Plates, 15" rims on fatter rubber ... it's a 67 Panel.

Can I just rock up for a Blue and then go for rego?

Thanks

You will require an engineers certificate for the suspension mods. Possibly also for the engine depending on what year the bus is. If it originally had a 1500 you can get away with it.

IRS and Adjustable beam need a certificate.

Motor is ok as it is no more than 15% bigger than original.

Wheels and tyres are another thing. You can't change the track width by more than 25mm or you need that engineered too.

Get Kimm's engineers number.
