Here is the one CB Performance sells - very simple to install, and works a treat (just have to wire in a switch (and ideally a fuse) - one wire to ground, one wire to power (switch)....or the other way around (ie. the ground circuit is switched).

Any auto shop sells them too.... I have a Ford one in my car, it's big (doesn't need filling too often) and was simple to install. I think it was about $15 - 20, and everything came with it. :)
