WANTED: Little chrome bit...

I really really want one of those little chrome L-shaped pieces that fits along side the petrol filler door. I can't find them anywhere and not sure of the proper name if it has one.
I'm preferably after a new one, unless anyone here has one in good condition they'd be willing to part with... it will have a good home. :P

hehehe
I was wondering how long it would take. Try ebay USA. Make sure you get the one in the green box though, as the one in the orange box will only fit L;bugs etc.

Good luck

I have an NOS one but I am not sure if it will fit your car. It is for a 68 model that has the little finger indent to open the fuel flap. It has the instructions on how to fit it but there is a little mark in the corner area but it should polish out. Let me know if you are interested.

I would definitely be interested, except my car doesn't have the finger indent at all. I need the other one! D'oh! :fakesniff:

Now that you've put it on here, you realise it'll be snapped up.... ;)

Thanx heaps for letting me know Yogie.

My search continues.....
