Hi

i was just wondering when you install new door rubbers into your beetle what type of glue is best to use to stick them on with??

I used contact adhesive once and it went off before I got them all the way in.So this time I used sicka flex.Much easier just run a bead round the door channel put in the rubber then shut the door and leave over night.Never had a problem in 4 years.Hope that helps. Gary

Autobarn had this stuff too. Its like contact cement but black and its called weather strip adhesive.
