JIF and a scubbing brush if you are going to take them off the wheels, otherwise pretty much what ever you use is going to leave white shit on the black walls....

"rip off" degreaser, followwed by a high pressure hose off got mine whiter than when i got them ber, without scouring them, (which makes the dirt stick later)

I use 5 Star Wheel Cleaner. I was using on my wheels and realised it brought the whitewalls back to bright white. Just spray on hose off.
