I don't think you will, I tried mine with no bump stops and put them back on after 3.5km. The thing wouldn't stop bouncing. if you take out the rubber you will just be clser to metel on metel, not real good in my view.
Have you got the torsion bar stiffenners in the front end? they are worth the effort.
Ring Kimm Garland and ask him what he reckons.
P.S. If you have the Indian front end, the bump stops are removable. It is easy and you can put them back on. If you can't take em off maybe it's not an Indian beam.

Im cutting some down this week to see if i can get a lil bit more travel in the front, at the moment i dont have much at all. I was thinking about just taking off the adjustable bump stops on my lowered beam but think it might be a bit to much for my ball joints and the top of my wheel wells to handle lol. I will let you know if it makes any difference.

I've just had Kimm put in the stiffeners into my lowered Bay front end, and they have improved ride comfort.
Sure, a lowered front end is still firm, but now it doesn't feel as if I'm tearing the front beam out each time I hit a bump.
