baja body on late pan


hey....was just wondering what sort of work needs to be done in order to fit a 60's bug body (converted to baja style) onto a 71 super pan..

LOTS. aka: impossible! The two cars have totally different front suspension (Super has a strut front end) so the two bodies/chassis are not compatible with each other

i have heard of early cars being put on irs pans..but i didnt think the irs pans came out until the supers?.

whats the odds of getting balljoint front and irs rear?

yeah..but even for a street performance car (what i am building). as far as i have heard a balljoint/irs pan is the basis for a good performer...readily available parts .etc
