removing oil filler contraption

Does anyone have that tool I can borrow? Or any ideas on how to remove it/ tighten it using 'normal' shed tools?

VolksHome Thomastown (John) has the tool and has tightened mine up in the past when I gave up trying to use 'normal' tools which don't help.

Tyre lever!!??

If u r referring to the oil filler throat, I think I got 1 off with an old tyre lever that I ground down to fit the 2 slots. I engaged the lever down the throat & then put a big shifter on the flat part for leverage.

Rotten things.....

Same dilemma,
Made up a tool fitting properly in the slots, wrapped a 60cm shifter around it.....and after a lot of cursing the tool bent.

Paying CVD now for an internal claw grip tool to rip it off....then I can do the other two I have.....

Not sure when people call things "thingys" etc as it sometimes makes identification a bit harder. You are definitely a bit far from me but I've added a pic of the removal tool which I think it is. By having the spiggot neatly fitting inside the throat prevents the two lugs being twisted off.

Anyone up this way can have one if they talk nicely but pick up only!
