Interested in buying an early bay kombi - or swap for '79
We currently own a '79, 2L orange and white transporter in reasonable nick.
It's mechanically fine, apart from an ageing (original motor). Still sits on 100km/h comfortably on the open road.
Rather than fully restoring this one we'd love have something a little earlier - a 1600 bay kombi, pre-T4 but post splitty.
A dodgy engine is fine, but ideally a reasonably straight body would be good.
Anyone know of any such buses for sale?

How much do you want for yours?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, and in good condition- but rather tossed in sideways - Beer in one
hand - chocolate in the other - body totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride"
