Get one of the 'ricer' magazines like AutoSalon, and trawl the advertsisers in there, like:
ozzytyres.com.au
tempetyres.com.au (the photo here is from there)
talebtyres.com.au
etc. etc. ad nauseum.

Now, whether, they will fit VWs, whether you really want 23" wheeels and whether you have enough spare moolah for 3-piece custom-mades are all other questions...

i had a set that deep dished, if not deeper, but they were steelies on the back of a split kombi, musta been 6 or7" across the rim, insane.

Just how deep a dish?

Keep in mind the deeper the dish the more weight is shifted outside the bearing.

There's a reason why rim width and offset changes require engineer approval.
