VW Club of Victoria newsletter...
I emailed the editor a while back regarding the following mistake I noticed in the Jan/Feb issue, but have had no reply at all. Did anybody else that
gets the newsletter notice the mistakes? Or only me because I'm directly (but minorly I guess) affected?
My PBB had her first DoVW in November, and I was shocked, excited and very proud to have won 3rd for Modified Beetle 68 - 2004. Anyway, when I saw
that the results for all classes were published in the newsletter I was disappointed to not see my name there, even though it should have been and I
have the medal hanging up at home. My name was read out correctly at the presentation along with PBB's numberplate, so does anyone know what
happened?
I noticed another mistake too just in the results section: for the class Beetle Standard 68 - 2004 there is three names who won, but a bit further
down the page amongst the Kombi results, it has Beetle Standard 68 - 2004 again, but with only 2 names.... both of which are different to the other 3
names. Any ideas there also?
Just wondering if it will be fixed up at all... and if someone related to the VW Club of Vic reads this, I'm putting my hand up to be an assistant to
the Editor of the newsletter if my skills can be used and the help is needed.... even if it's for something as simple as proof-reading before it goes
to print.

i'm sure if you contact the club committee people directly they will gladly accept your assistance in any way you wish to offer... they are always
looking for people to help out.
