I have VW/Audi ones (Plastic case) so I'm guessing that's no help.

as far as i remember vws only had seatbelts standard from 68 on so anything from before that is from god only knows what
these are in my 74 Lbug but my others have been the same to
cept my rotary beetle has one TD gemini retractable and one suzuki retractble LOL
i think it was bout 64 VW put seatbelt mounting points in front and back but 68 got them factorty fitted standard
ive seen lotsa early VWs with bolts going right through the B and C pillars for 3 point belts
