hidden hinges
Has anyone succesfully installed hidden hinges on their bug?
I know there was once a kit available from UK however it is no longer available.
Otherwise does anyone know of a stock hinge from another vehicle that would work as NSW rego requires an OEM hinge of the same year or newer be
used.
Thanks

there might be a problem with the lower hidden hinge due to the distance from the bottom of the door pillar to the back of the front wheel well.I,m
looking at it and using the hidden hinge kit that rodders use .Easier to do on suicide doors.

yeah there would be lots of problems for sure, it would depend on what type of hinge you get. Where do the Hot Rodders get the hinges and what brand
are they
