Lots of panels and bumpers are made in Vietnam. There is one company that makes the stainless bumpers for beetles and kombis. They also make them for
Mercedes, MG and a few others. They also do early Vespa stuff.

I had a friend work over there for a few years. If you only speak English expect to pay at least 50% more.
