Can I have a seat belt fitted to the back seat/bed?

I have a fold down bed in a kombi. The whole thing works but is a bit rickity. What do I have to do to fit a back seat belt and what would I be looking at $$$$$ wise?
The van is only registered for two people? What is the law side of it all?

Thanks

Philip

The seat and any belts installed must be okayed with an engineering certificate. The seat must not be rickety; it must be able to withstand impact and the belts installed with proper reinforcing plates etc etc under the floor

Talked to RTA & in our case of our 59 splitty we were told we don't have to selt belt it for registration.
But if you do, you have to have a engineers certificate.
