Who's 21 winda splitty in the KB article in the Sunday Tele'?

Mum just pulled an article out of a Sunday Tele that was about to be used to light the fire, about the Kombi Beach... and in the top photo there is a picture of a the yellow KB with a beautiful blue and white 21-window samba bus behind it. :bounce

Just curious as to who belongs to it....anyone around here? :)
