New Legislation

Has anyone heard a rumour going around that as of September no engine transplants will be allowed, engineered or not? Just heard from someone who knows someone who knows a lawyer, you know the typical.

That's a load of sh*t.

See the national code of practice thread at the top of this sub-forum for more info and discussion on the legal side of vehicle modification.

No worries, thought worth the query anyway. Would put a lot of Jap Importers out of business.

How does that formula work, Malcolm?

My car: 1,300kg X 1,800cc X 3 for NA = 7,020,000 what?

Checked the legislation thread so its weight X muliplier:
1300 X 3 for NA = 3900cc
1300 X 2.5 for turbo = 3250cc

WOW. Now I'm excited, and not a little scared!
