Unwelded Rims - where can i get them welded?

Thinking of buying some rims that are unwelded.

Anyone recommend where i can go to get them welded?

In Sydney please, and how much would it cost?

Circle track was the company I was thinking about when we talked about it on the weekend. The number is (02) 9674 5651.
There work is pretty good from experience.

It really surprises Me that You can still get rims welded..
with all the regulations in place....

If the rim fails in an accident... [unlikely?]
Your insurance is cancelled...
anyone killed... probably sue the person who welded the rim...
unless it was passed by an engineer... ??
maybe the welding x rayed??
