I'd open it up and find out. If there isn't any grease there already, then add some. I would expect though that a new, fully-assembled unit
would be pre-lubed, but it wouldn't hurt to have a look.

I think you'll find that it isn't greased, but there will probably be a light coating of oil, which you can wash off before you grease it if
you feel like being meticulous.
