 Hi Neil

 Go tools, options, general tab, click send & receive at start-up, you get whatever is there on your ISPs server.

 I use my ISPs webmail facility to check my mail before I download so I don't get to much junk.

 Hey Neil,

 If you mean you want it to check the mail more regularly without you pressing the send/recieve button you can change it by doing the following.

 --->Tools
 ---------> Options
 *Opens a new window*
 General Tab
 And change the time in the Check mail every # Minute(s)

 Hope that helps

 Richard
