im an idiot coz ive never done it
im sure this has been asked before but i need info. How easy is it to lower a type 3? i dont want my notch to be way down on the ground i just want it
lowered a little bit just to give a little attitude. What are the requirements? ie time, cost and procedure? Help me out dubbers coz im an idiot when
it comes to this stuff

there is a web some where that i will try and find.
The good news is it is free.
Type 3's are torsion all round and it is a matter of time and elbow grease to lowere a type 3
It is "just" a matter of re-setting the spring plates.
Same as the rear of a type 1
