Is the tyre rubbing on the inner guard... ist it a King n link front end or ball joint

If its yr wheel brgs they will be noisy all the time jack up the front of car and rotate wheels u will soon hear if its the brgs.

Are yr tie rods ball joints OK ??

No, bearings will often only produce the noise when cornering; jack them up, yes, but try rocking the wheels to see if the bearings are loose. A little more info on what car it is might help - CVs can also produce noise when turning, but would not affect straight line that way, but it could be more than one thing.
