Both.

For example. The sheets are neatly folded in the linen cupboard and my T shirts, socks and underwear are just scrunched into the drawers.

Fence sitter. Im a messy folder bordering on scrunch.

The more important point, sitting or standing. I didnt think standing was an option until.... well.... an unforunate incident with a footballer friend with a broken collar bone, I shall say no more.

We're strictly "Folders" in our house! Oh yeah, and the toilet paper roll has to be facing so the paper falls over the front!!!!

I was taught that when I have finished with the table napkin, that it is very bad manners to fold it up and lay it on the table, as someone may mistake is as having not been used and that may put it away unwashed. I was taught to take it by the middle and to scrunch it up into a long conical shape like a partly opened umbrella and to lay it beside the plate and to the right hand side.

(My mum was a very proper lady.)

I was also taught that a definition of a lady or a gentleman is someone who uses a table napkin when they eat alone. The same aplies to the butter knife.

You use 24% less paper with the toilet paper hanging from the back. This has been taught in Europe in hotel management for many years. Original source was Dorchester in London.

that's it, the next time I go to a house with the paper down the back I'm gonna make sure I use 80% more paper.

paper down the front is the way to go. :tu:

BTW, I'm with amazer, a messy folder.

another member of our household is a scruncher and has taught my daughter to scrunch also. thing I hate about scrunching is that it often gets air bubbles in it and won't flush properly. :o

Do you mean a bidet? For the washing of the unmentionable parts? I love them. My next house will have one.

Many moons ago we were building a house for client and they wanted Bidet. Met Water Supply as it was then, and City of Stirling refused completely saying people would get burnt-they had no way of tesing them etc etc.

They approved virtually side by side toilets in bathroom and owner changed one to bidet after building was passed.
