manual beetle to semiauto
I have a manual 71 super beetle and I am considering the change to semi auto. If I change the whole engine and box with pedals and gearstick will I
run into any other problems cheers

Few other things...
Bert,
You'll need to fabricate a bracket for the CV and drill a hole for the vacuum reservoir, cut a hole for the ATF neck in the other side (and
drill two holes for the mounting bolts blah blah). Drill another hole for the CV to servo hose and a double hole for the two ATF lines. Then you'll
either have to find or drill the breast tin for the steel ATF line.
Speaking of which besides the stick/engine/box you need all the ATF lines, the vacuum reservoir and brackets, the ATF tank and brackets and all the
vacuum hoses for the system, wiring for the trans sub-harness and ATF temp feed to the speedo (or run gauges..).
Funny you should mention it but I happen to have chopped sections of all of the above except for the breast tin, so if you want piccies or
measurements drop me a line.
I've probably forgotten something...

PS. The trans from mount is A-S unique BTW.
