Berg had an amazing thought process .
Always ask 'why' or 'how' when analizing some failure or improvement.
I DID dissagree with some of the theories that he came up with but in general his advice is sound and good for general problem solving or VW
improvements.
There is no doubt that their quality was generally good and customer service was the best.
