Ways to sell my Oval-not yet
I have organised a Scirroco for my next car.
I will probably be selling my Oval in 3 months time.
So yes , spoke to three people and already two are interested.
Some very good advise [ I know its hard when you dont know the car ] - - I got : -
- Sell car [needs paint and some small jobs - but Fully registered / Strong / very good body 1957 original floor pan / 1916 Mild build just rebuilt 4mnths / gearbox rebuilt 4 mnths / adj front end / 12v , disk brakes etc . . ]

and I may get 4200.............

- If I sell the 1916 motor separate = approx 2300
- Stick in a 1640 I have spare.

and may get 3800..............
So total of $6100.
------------------------------------------------------
So what do you think ?
..... No one would be interested in getting Oval set up how I wanted it would they , better to split up
and Maximise profit...????

What would you want for the car only,then you could sell the motors seperate????????

I would probably want 3800 - (sell price of 2nd hand 1640)
Which I dont know......Guessing 400
So 3400...maybe.
I am trying to get feel for the market again.
Havent kept up to date with latest prices of our cars.

Well glad that some people like the idea of 1916...
I had feared that that would put people off.
Well that makes four interested - sorry not ready yet.
Will get some pics soon, just to get more comments re price.

I suppose I could advertise at Very high price then come down slowly... but I would rather be more realistic - advertise what its worth.
