T4 - 2ltr to 2.5ltr?

Does anybody know if the mounts for a 2ltr and 2.5ltr petrol motor on a T4 are the same?
Do they both run the same gearbox etc?
Any other differences as I can get cheapish 2ltr T4 but want a 2.5 engine.

What year motor??
What year transporter??

There were at least 18 different transmissions in 1993 alone.

This makes it hard as I haven't purchased the T4 yet. Have been looking at a couple and was just wondering how hard and cost effective it would be to do.
It might pay to hold off and get a 2.5ltr to start with.

I reckon in the long run, you'll be better off getting a 2.5L

Sod getting a 2.5.

2L is much more reliable in my experience.
