Will Accountants kill internet forums ????
For all those people out there who like to stay on top of what is going on with the net and how stupid people will kill forums you may like to check

In short in the forum in question looses that case I think you will find a lot of furums will close down ...

Been there done that. Simple legal change was found. Forum is now hosted in the US, with an American "admin". Water tight laws protect all but the
actual poster of defamatory material - but the Admin also can't be compelled to provide the identity of a poster.
After an attempt at suing a dozen members of annother forum of which I am a member this change was made.

I believe that the company involved has now dropped legal action against the forum involved.
