VDO Tacho Wiring
I am using this and somehow have misplaced the wiring diagram. It's reading too high-so need some help. The lower 4 terminals are from the left-- ( +
HI LO -- ) There are 5 small white switches in the middle(marked 12345) with (OPEN) written above them.Tacho part no. is 333-354.I have just
about worn Google out trying to find one,but no go.Would be grateful if somebody had a wiring diagram for a 4 cylinder.

Hi
You can get the instructions from the VDO site here http://www.sso.siemensvdo.com.au/html/s02_article/article_view.asp?id=340&nav...
I have a 2 inch VDO tacho in my daily driver. When I put it in it was reading wrong, so pulled it out again to check the switches on the back and they
were OK. So I went and saw the local instrument guy to get it checked out. He said if your using a stock points system you need to fit a capacitor in
the - feed, I did this and it works fine now.
