Best new case and Parts to use for engine build

Can anyone recommend which is the best ( in saying best, it's not going to be a race engine but I want it to last ) on the market for the following parts please. I'm getting an engine built for my 61 Single Cab and seeing it's a full resto it's getting a reco'd gearbox and new motor that will be built more for torque than straight out power. Thanks

Case
Crank: 78mm C/W
Heads
Rods
Piston and Barrel Kit
Carbs: Looking at twin Webber 40's or duel Kads
Oil Pump

i think it goes like this, alloy slightly better for modified or performance motors . mag case if your looking at stock or very mild performance enhancements as the heat generated by the modifications on the mag case do take there toll ..
Anyone, correct me please, if this is misinformation ????As i am also looking at purchasing a case very soon and doing a transplant , only this time i will put in new 90.5 mm pistons and sleeves after i machine the new case to suit new pistons and sleeves.

I'm also looking at 90.5 with stock length rods. I was going for a 74mm C/W crank but was advised that 78mm are cheaper and more readily available. From what I can tell the new alloy cases are supposed to be better but I would like to hear it from people that have run these cases.
