carbi tune prob;any suggestion?

Hey all,
I am running twin kads on a 1600.
its favouring clys 1&2 .U can hardly notice when i pull 3or4 plug leads off.
the inlet manifold for 3&4 is very cold.I'm guessing the float level may need adjusting.Does anyone know where i can get a diagram to show how to set the float level?
cheers

Check carb balance. Increase idle speed on 3/4, and decrease on 1/2, untill same idle speed drop on all cylinders, then reset linkage balance very carefully so both carbs start opening off idle at EXACTLY the same time.
