a question about T34's / razors

Hi guys,

What floor pans are used on T34s, i mean if you had one & had to replace the floor pans in one are they a special T34 only pan , thus making them too hard to find or are they the same as a floor pan from another more common VW and thus making them eaiser to get your hands on.

i mean like calling almost any of the VW suppliers in this country & ordering a pair over the phone, much like the deal on beetle replacement floor pans ?

cheers, i hope somebody can answer my question.

oh yeah & happy new year.

they use the standard Type 3 floor and front end etc etc

so you will have to find a good s/Hand one as they dont make Type 3 floor sections

The T34 seat rails mounts are different from a Type 3. It has a different part code too 341 or 343 prefix.

If its just the battery area, be fine just to chop out a section from a standard Type 3 pan.

Heres a pic of the T34 pan

I think these guys get them made for themselves, I have no idea of the quality (supposedly heavy duty) but I do think they may be more expensive than the run of the mill floor pan halves that are available.

I am thinking of using one of their beetle pan halves for my beetle.

Cheers
Brendan
