[SOLD SOLD SOLD] 73 Dual Cab
Howdy Dubbers,
As usual changing circumstances require me to part with the best DC is Oz !!!! Am offering for sale here first as I would like this to go to someone in the hobby. Otherwise it goes on Ebay for the vultures.
Specs:
1973 Flipper Blue Dual Cab
1800 Type 2 Motor
15" BRM's all round
Front side popouts
TMI Interior (Rear Seat only frontset included needs to be fitted !!!)
Reg'd April 08
Safety Cert for QLD Buyers
Also includes the following.
Spare 1800 Block
Set of Carbs
Original Air Con Unit with new Mazda compressor
Spare set of Front Doors
Box o bus bits !!
This is a complete original solid DC. You wont find better in original state. Tray is absolutely perfect. Gates have minimal rust spots, really only
surface. Paint looks 30+ years old and there is some wear and tear around the place. Anyone who knows this Bus will vouch for how good it is. I
purchased it from Sydney last year and drove it back to Brisbane without issue, Drives great. If you have any questions or would like other photos etc
give me a buzz on 0432 936 015 or email me at scooterluvsbeer@gmail.com. Bus is known to the guys at Custom Vee Dub and has been looked after by
them.
$9000 FIRM This is what I paid + the rego etc
(Little guy in back not included)
Cheers
Scotty

Interior shots. Will try and get some better ones. The drivers seat is pretty average. Rest of front bench is good. Have the remaining TMI covers for
the front seats but they are not fitted. Door cards could do with replacing. Has also been sound proofed.

Yep I bought it off Gtmac. He nearly cried when I drove it away. Didn't look right with NSW plates on it anyway As you say not the best DC in Oz but nice and solid. Ready to be driven not hidden.
Cheers

Best of luck with sale Scotty. And yes i can vouch for how good a DC this is, sensational drive for a bus and wont let you down. I would take it back
if not in the middle of 2 other restos.
