prices
people are always asking how much to paint this how much to repair that and to them all u reply * how longs a peice of string* people can go as far as
they like and spend as big as they want
This has just been finished at my works and it was a total rebuild, any rust or even suspect areas were removed and rebuilt through out the whole
car, both doors rebuilt as bottom areas gone inside and out, bonnet removed from its frame as it was rusted to hell and a new frame fitted, major work
on both front guards and one of the rear quarters, roof had hours spent on it as it looked like someone had run over it several times. The beater got it
back to where it should be with out one bit of bog and not replaceing any of the original metal!
One really goodthing about this car was it had no rot in the chassie and had never been in a major hit so it was all original. all etch'd, 2pak
primed then done in original (for the year and car) blue with the silver round the bottom.
As u see it is how it came out of the booth as the owner wanted a slight peel and didnt want a glass finish so no coloursanding(only de-nibs).

all this would cost around 20 grand ......
the owner a 17 year old!!
its heading back down to brissy in the nest couple of weeks for the rest to be done and to be droped off to the owners.
how i wish i had a first car like this!!!!!

Hi
Nice work. Those cars are bringing big dollars these days, so the money is worth it, spend big dollars on bug etc and people give you funny looks. I
hope the kid takes care of it.

At least the kid's spending the cash on some Aussie muscle and not jap rice which will only depreciate.
Money well spent....
