falcon rear disc brake help
for the guys out there who are using EA falcon rear disc setup on their beetle, does anyone feel that they are dragging a little??
my car is a 1500 so its using the dual circuit master cylinder, i was wondering if there is a something either in the rear lines or the master
cylinder itself that is holding some residual pressure, ( needed for drums ), in the rear circuit?
the cars feels very heavy to push and can here the back brakes dragging.
i have been using the car on the street and both the brakes and handbrake are setup and work fine.
anyone got any suggestions or fixes if you have had this problem

No residual pressure due the VW hardware, my testing/experience shows a bit of drag seems to be 'normal' with this calliper, I think it's one of
the reasons Ford went to a different style of rear calliper, with separate handbrake, for the ED (1992-) and later model Falcons. It's also a
characteristic of the 'integral handbrake' Nissan callipers I have also played with on VWs
However, you can still turn a jacked-up rear wheel by hand...?
