Vent window beetle
how does the top bracket mount to the car window from on the vetn window? Is it srewed, bolted, threaded, riveted????
Easy to do? I don't seem to have any slots for it.

the top mount bracket for the 1/4 window on early models is screwed with 4 mm screws
and on the later 68 on windows its riveted to the 1/4 window outter frame
on the early models the screws always rust so there probally not there
the bracket that attaches to the actual 1/4 window frame is riveted
