STOLEN Morris Minor LowLight

A lowlight Morris Minor Project that was listed on Ebay has been stolen sometime this afternoon. Taken from Outer East Melbourne, will attach the ebay listing so that you can see photos of the car, if you here of any cheap parts for a 2 door minor, please let me know. This was not my car, I am listing as i was interested in the car and cant believe some SCUM would steal it from the owners driveway in daylight!

heres the pics

You are supposed to be Volkswagen owners on here... lol

So far as i know, the low lights can't be registered in NSW
as the headlamps are too low..

I've seen plenty of them with the later front guards with headlights in them...
Four headlamps...

did they take all the parts too??
low light grill etc..??

Must be able to register them, there's at least two in Newie and if they were registered in that form originaly then far as I know they can still be registered, like the buggies, once a history is in place shouldn't be a prob.

of course you can register them, the lights were originally made higher for the US market, Australian headlight height regulations came later than that. the ones wwith four headlights you see are almost always later cars with the lowlight headlight & grille insert fitted.

Shouldn't an original Minor of lowlight vintage also have a split windscreen! Unless the one in the picture has been modified or the split bar in the middle removes with the two screens?

yeah, it has the peak for a split, glass has just been removed so its not visible, i know this is a vw forum, but its also one of the most active forums in Aus, so it seemed worth mentioning here. as far as i am aware everythign in the car went with it.
