you might want to look into converting to a decent alternator. ;)

BTW, love the notch. I hope you're planning on a engine to help drown out some of that install. :dork:

Yes very good point !
Are most alternators the same size? whats a real powerfull one that will fit into my notch?
As for the Engine at this stage it has a 87mm big bore kit.
Yes there will be plans for more power in the near future.
are there any other things i should be doing before the big stereo goes in?
i want to do it all one time only.and to the best i can.

Just finished getting the front seats and back seats custom fitted, thanks alot dad.Note all welds will be finished of to perfection and im not using thoes long bolts, just there to hold in place till i get correct bolts.

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn285/reece7000/DSC_0371.jpg
Not sure what to put under subbox to fill that gap,not going with what I originally had planned.

Goes up and down like it was allways there.

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn285/reece7000/xvn.jpg
some of my fathers work close up,bracket for back seat.

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn285/reece7000/DSC_0372.jpg
closer look.welds will be finished better.

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn285/reece7000/DSC_0233.jpg
Seat on the right was the original size they came from a daewoo and needed a massive downsize to fit.

http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn285/reece7000/DSC_0246.jpg
This is the mount for the front seats, was welded to the door sides on top of oringinal brackets.

Cheers squizy,Fatso,Euro_67. ,Yes if it wasnt for my dad the car would still be the same, i got the ideas he makes it happen.I plan to make a notchback like no other, fold down seats are there so i can work on the amps ,sub amp will be behind one and other side will be the 4 channel amp not on the doors them self, if your looking from the boot you wont see any of this as im having it all hidden from the boot view.so thats the main reason for fold down seats plus its different.
